About the Artist
Dublin based amateur French photographer, Elise Desmet Fisher, practices photography as an instinct and pushes the boundaries of the camera. An encounter with analog photography and the darkroom at an early age focused her sense of composition and developed a sense of rigour mixed with playfulness. Curious, she like to play with alternative mediums like cyanotype, photo etching and different styles (documentary, abstract). More and more though , photography is for her a way to connect with her emotions and expressing her inner voice.
