About the Artist
Heavily involved in the Irish skate and graffiti scene, Kurb Junki has been painting in public spaces since he was 11. Not only a prolific artist around the streets of Dublin, he has a degree in Fine Art and is as comfortable in a gallery setting as he is painting on a back wall at night. While comfortable exploring the themes around public space, skate culture and illustration, he also has a strong interest in design and video work – making short films and videos with a variety of analog and digital video equipment.
