About the Artist
Niamh studied printed textile design at The National College of Art and Design, Dublin. She graduated in 2001 and moved to London where she designed prints for some of the most renowned fashion designers, from Paul Smith to Topshop, Alexander Mc Queen to Asos. Since moving back to Ireland in 2015 Niamh has developed her own range of Art Prints. Her style has been described as the new Deco, a contemporary twist on classis design. Her stylised works are a mix of clean linear forms with pops of bright Noen colour. Niamhs inspiration comes from architectural and heritage. Niamh is a member of Creative Spark Print studio in Dundalk, Co. Louth where she screen prints a lot of her work. Niamh likes to push the boundaries and bring her designs to life using fluorescent colours and also like to experiment with different techniques.
